Trainee Merchandisers
We are able to offer progressive roles as Trainee Merchandisers for graduates who have a Business related degree, and have excellent analytical and numerical skills, and the confidence to fully contribute in meetings. You'll be a key team member within our dynamic and pacy fashion environment.
Our Trainee Merchandisers are supported by structured on-the-job training and development activities. You will be in control of your own career whilst your line manager and the teams you work with support your learning. How quickly you develop your skills, knowledge and experience is down to you.
Your ongoing performance reviews, regular career discussions and attendance at development centres ensure that you know what is expected of you, your development needs and how you can improve your performance. This approach will help to ensure that you have the knowledge and experience to apply for promotion.
