We are able to offer progressive roles as Trainee Buyers for graduates who have a Fashion related degree, have an excellent eye for trend as well as the passion and willingness to excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Our Trainee Buyers are supported by structured on-the-job training and development activities. You will be in control of your own career whilst your line manager and the teams you work with support your learning. How quickly you develop your skills, knowledge and experience is down to you.
Your ongoing performance reviews, regular career discussions and attendance at development centres ensure that you know what is expected of you, your development needs and how you can improve your performance. This approach will help to ensure that you have the knowledge and experience to apply for promotion.
