The role of the Personnel teams is to support our people by ensuring that they know what career paths and opportunities are available, and support them to reach their potential.
By working in partnership with the business they play a leading role in making our Values come alive, and that they are embraced within all of the teams within the Clothing businesses.
They champion the people policies and process, such as recruitment, induction, performance management, and talent planning in addition to coaching and supporting the leadership teams to deliver the business results while making it a great place to work.
